FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fastening workings, in particular to the construction of cast-iron tubing tunnel lining. Tubing ring consists of interconnected normal, adjacent and key tubing, each of the tubing made in the form of a cast iron segment with a smooth back on the outside and closed along the contour of the annular and radial sides. Normal tubings located in the lower part of the lining therein are made of lightweight construction by reducing the thickness of their backs and sides and in all tubings, except the key one, internal radial stiffening ribs are made in the number of one or more rows with the ability to provide a given bearing capacity and rigidity of the tubing while minimizing its weight. Height of these ribs is made variable from 0 mm in the middle of the tubing to the maximum height at the junction with the annular beads, which is 50–55 mm less than the height of these beads. Rigging holes are formed in the walls of the stiffeners for mounting the rings and fastening the elements of the internal arrangement of the structure, and in each tubing on the outer part of the mating of the backrest with the sides, rounding is performed to ensure prevention of chipping of the corners during deformation of the ring under the load from rock pressure.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the bearing capacity and rigidity of the structure as a whole by ensuring equal strength of the tubing ring, the possibility of bandaging the tubing rings and increasing the stiffness of the joints of tubing in the ring.
