FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: device for connection of shafts of underground facilities includes an adapter tubing ring installed between cast-iron and concrete liners and consisting of normal, adjacent and key tubings, which are made in the form of box-shaped cast-iron casting of rectangular shape in plan view. Tubings are connected to each other through openings in vertical walls with bolted connections with water-proof and hold-down washers. On inner surface of each cast-iron casting there are internal circumferential and vertical stiffeners with formation of internal caissons. In the centre of each of the above tubings there made is a backfill hole with reinforcement for a threaded blanking plug, and in the middle circumferential rib - four rigging holes located at equal distance from vertical symmetry axis of the tubing. In lower circumferential wall of each tubing of the adapter ring there are bolted holes which are uniformly distributed along its diameter and serving for connection of the above ring to cast-iron tubing liner. In upper circumferential wall of each tubing there is one inclined bolted hole serving for connection of the tubing of the adapter ring to concrete liner. On vertical and circumferential walls of tubings of the adapter ring, and embossed groove is made for a sealing element.

EFFECT: improving the quality and reliability of connection between concrete and tubing liners of transient tunnels of subways.
