FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and may be used in construction of strategically important command points, for instance points of control and communication, and also buildings and structures related to category of significant objects united by unusually high level of damages and losses impact, their importance for functioning of country economy. Earthquake and explosion proof autonomous control point comprises building, foundation of pillars and upper and lower frames fixed to them, and also elastic suspension made of elastic modules arranged from sections of cords arranged equidistantly relative to each other, with their one end they are rigidly fixed to pillars, and with their other end - perpendicularly to wall of building, and rigidity correctors, every of which consists of two sections of cords, middles of which are connected to each other and are rigidly fixed to lower foundation frame, and ends are pulled apart and rigidly fixed to base of lower floor. Elastic suspension of building is equipped with additional rigidity correctors arranged from two sections of ropes, middles of which are connected to each other and are rigidly fixed to upper foundation frame, and ends are pulled apart and rigidly fixed to upper floor slab, besides additional correctors are arranged in plane parallel to plane of the main correctors arrangement, and length of rope sections of additional correctors is more than length of rope sections of the main rigidity correctors by at least 5%.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of autonomous control points protection against earthquake or explosion due to suppression of longitudinal-transverse component of this impact under conditions of changing weight of protected object.
