DEVICE FOR REPLACEMENT OF GUSHER EQUIPMENT VALVES AT WELL HEAD Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: well head equipment. SUBSTANCE: device can be used in oil and gas production industry as well in geological prospecting operations for replacement of defective valves in gusher equipment at well head under pressure. Located in hollow body of device is coupling screw. Positioned between body of device and valves is sealing member for tightening of space between device body and valves. Coupling screw and threaded rods are inserted through passages made in supporting plate. By rotating handles of threaded bushes on supporting plate, rod with packer is introduced into through-holes of valves to required depth. Sealing member is installed. Pressure is released. Defective valve is disconnected. Safety flange is installed. Supporting plate and valve being dismantled are suspended from carriages. Carriages are installed on slides of suspension cantilever. Suspension is mounted on gusher equipment by two rods. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device enhances rigidity of structure and improves reliability. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
