FIELD: gas and oil producing and geological exploration industries. SUBSTANCE: pressure test packer is designed for pressure test of casing strings in wells. Pressure test packer includes body, sealing unit with tightening member, lower sleeve and sealing chamber, bypassing device, check valve and valve unit. The latter has shear members, ball valve and seat for it in the form of cylindrical sleeve. Body has a circular bead limiting motion of lower sleeve, circular recess, step circular groove and radial holes for installation of shear screws. Bypassing device is made in the form of slide valve with internal step groove, spring and nut adjusting of spring force and stroke length of slide valve. Sealing chamber is formed by tightening member and body circular recess. EFFECT: higher operating reliability. 1 dwg
