SUBSTANCE: micronizer has working chamber with drive endless netted belt conveyor, emitters positioned above conveyor, vibratory table mounted on springs and provided with vibration drive, charging and discharge hoppers. Working run of endless netted belt adjacent to emitters is supported by roller supports fixed on vibratory table. Working chamber may be further provided with dust catcher, sections with radiation, ultraviolet, laser or electromagnetic source or corona or glowing discharge source, and members for dosage and dispersion of microelements or biologically active substances.
