Device also includes power cylinder hinged to turning ring and catches hinge-connected to ends of double-arm levers. Double-arm levers are secured to circular body with their middle part. With their vacant ends double-arm levers are coupled to turning ring through hinge-connected tie-rods. Device allows transportation of workpiece which operating diameter is of wide range.
