FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: stitching-on unit has base with guides secured on it, carriages mounted on guides, drive for performing reciprocating motion of each carriage; drive is made in form of screw pair whose one member is connected with carriage; pivoted levers mounted on carriages are provided with drives for turn of these levers; it is made in form of rack and connected with pivoted lever of gear wheel; device is also provided with stitching-on rollers having hold-down drive. Device is provided with stops for limiting motion of carriages relative to base. Member of screw pair which is connected with carriage is made in form of nut fitted for longitudinal motion relative to carriage and connected with this carriage by means of flexible member. EFFECT: possibility of performing continuous stitching-on procedure over entire profile at preset rate of motion. 3 cl, 3 dwg
