FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device can be used for emptying drums and other similar vessels of various kinds of liquids at stores and other places where such operations are needed. Device has thrust ring which is rigidly secured on external surface in lower part of cylindrical bush. Also provided is flexible pipe hermetically fastened on lower end of draining pipe. Attachment for hermetic fastening of cylindrical bush is made in the form of stepped pipe union with required type of thread provided on external surface of each step in bush. Unit for fixing draining pipe in working position is made up in the form of rollers. Axles of rollers are fastened on diametrically opposite sides of cylindrical bush generant. Also included in fixing unit is special-shape ring with tapered upper surface. Made in apex of it are mating radial grooves of depth which is less than radius of roller. Stepped pipe union and special-shape ring of draining pipe fixing unit are installed on cylindrical bush above thrust ring and can rotate freely. Aforesaid embodiment of device ensures its reliable positioning inside drum to be emptied and is handy in use. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 dwg
