FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has articulated pipeline 1 one end of which is connected to manifold with heat carrier. Telescopic pipe 3 with end piece 4 provided with two nozzles pointed in opposite directions is mounted on other end of articulated pipeline 1. Telescopic pipe is placed inside coupling head with gripping hooks, head being made in form of hollow cylinder in upper part of which cup is installed with clearance for turning. At least two radial holes are made on upper section of telescopic pipe of minimum diameter on ring farthest from axis of nozzle end piece at a distance L. Holes are arranged on diametrically opposite sides of pipe with central angle α between axes passing through centers of these holes. Overall dimensions are found by following equations: L≤2D, d = (0,13...0,18)D, α = 20°...30°, where L is distance from axis of nozzle end piece to radial holes center line, mm; D is inner diameter of telescopic tube upper section, mm; d is diameter of radial holes, mm.
