FIELD: transport engineering; carriage of hydrocarbon fuels. SUBSTANCE: proposed refuelling truck has vehicle carrying fuel tank 1 with breather valve 7 and drain-and-filler branch pipe 12 connected through diaphragm valve with receiving pipeline 19 with valve at inlet and fuel dispensing system with fuel filter, meter and dispensing unions for delivering fuel to consumers, and pumping unit. Sensor of hydrocarbon fuel fume concentration gas analyzer is installed in upper part of tank. It is connected with inlet of sequence of operations control unit connected by inlets with tank fuel level transmitters and information outlet of diaphragm valve and connected by outlets to pump drive and control inlets of electromagnetic valves one of which places diaphragm valve spaces in communication with atmosphere or with gas supply pipeline which is placed in communication with drain-and-filler branch pipe through other electromagnetic valve. At explosion hazard concentration of fumes in tank, neutral gas is filled in. EFFECT: improved convenience and ease of servicing, provision of fire and explosion safety, reduced discharge of hydrocarbon fumes in to ambient atmosphere. 1 tbl, 1 dwg
