FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: method is intended for operation of gas-condensate wells at abnormally low bed pressure. According to method, bed is subjected to maximal depression. Maintained is minimal gradient of pressure loss in lift string. Flow rate of working gas is preset depending on relation of bed pressure and hydrostatic pressure. Delivery of working gas into system is performed when loss of pressure in system is increasing. Application of aforesaid method leads to higher output from well at continuous and periodic gas-lift operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 tbl
