FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes heating of gas-lift gas and its supply to annular space. Gas-lift gas temperature and flow rate are determined by solution of system of two rate are determined by solution of system of two different equations of heat balance for descending gas-lift gas current in annular space and ascending current of product of well in tubing string. In so doing, equality of temperatures of ascending current of oil and gas-lift gas is observed in point of its bypassing to tubing string at depth larger than depth of paraffin settling from well production. Well production is heated in wellhead heater and directed to gathering line. Gas-lift gas and fuel gas for heating of gas-lift gas and well production are used in form of high-pressure gas supplied by plant of complex treatment of gas. In determination of heating temperature and flow rate of gas-lift gas, limit conditions shall be observed under which well production temperature at inlet of wellhead heater is not less than temperature of paraffin deposition flow well production. EFFECT: simplified process flow diagram of oil and oil-gas wells operation, operation of marginal wells, reduced temperature of gas-lift gas heating to avoid risk of thawing of permafrost rocks and resulting complications, and operation of oil wells with low content of gas phase. 1 tbl, 1 dwg
