SUBSTANCE: bullet, having a metal envelope and a slug placed in it, is furnished with a lead ring located in the slug tail section and made of plastic. The length of the lead ring is selected within 0.5 to 1.85 of the bullet caliber, and its thickness - within 0.8 to 2.5 of the envelope wall thickness.
