FIELD: sporting cartridge bullets intended for rifled weapon used for target hitting. SUBSTANCE: bullet, having a metal envelope and a slug placed in it, is furnished with a lead ring located in the slug tail section and made of plastic. The length of the lead ring is selected within 0.5 to 1.85 of the bullet caliber, and its thickness - within 0.8 to 2.5 of the envelope wall thickness. EFFECT: reduced specific quantity of metal, improved ecology, and reduced danger of hitting of non-protected people especially at fire over long ranges, without changes of sights of standard carbines intended for hunting. 2 cl, 2 dwg
