SUBSTANCE: heater that has cylindrical case accommodating hollow cylindrical phase electrode with power terminals is proposed to be equipped with special insulator blocking current passage between phase electrode and case and with at least one additional electrode spaced through slightly larger electrolytic clearance from case. Special insulator and phase electrode are proposed to be made hollow. EFFECT: extended service life, enlarged power control range, reduced noise. 2 cl;, 4 dwg
