FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: two branches are interconnected by axle and have lock. One branch consists of two halfbranches having independent mutual turning on axle. Each halfbranch has flexible jaw at its end. One of flexible jaws has two through holes for supporting members of disposable blade. Located along cutting edge of blade and equidistant to it is stiffening rib. Side surface of nonworking part of blade has at least two supporting members in the form of projection whose height does not exceed the thickness of working jaw with through holes. Blade is fixed preliminarily by joining to halfbranches. Then blade is locked by turning of halfbranches round their axis. EFFECT: improved operating characteristics. 2 cl, 6 dwg
