FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying chemotherapy courses according to schedule. 5-fluoruracyl is intravenously administered at a dose of 1000 mg/m2 daily as continuous 120 h long infusion from the first to fifth day. Cyclophosphane is intravenously administered at the first and the eighth day at a dose of 600 mg/m2 and metatrexate at a dose of 40 mg/m2 as single doses. Two weeks later, when the second chemotherapy course is over, distant gamma therapy is applied to injured gland and regional lymph circulation zone according to radical program. The therapy course being effective and process operability being considered to be the case, additional radical mastectomy is done four weeks later after accomplishing radiation therapy course. 1-2 chemotherapy courses are applied in the postoperative period. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
