SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely obstetrics and gynecology. The blood taken from the central vein of the puerpera is centrifuged at a speed of 580g in 9-milliliter tubes containing sodium citrate for 8 minutes. Further, in the second fraction of Endoret PRGF, this is 2 ml of a plasma layer above the leukocyte film, separated from the rest of the blood components using an extraction device: a plasma transferring device, immediately before use, 50 mcl of PRGF-Endoret activator per 1 cm3 of plasma is added and the formed platelet clot of PRGF-Endoret activator is distributed on a postoperative suture on the uterus and fixed when suturing the uterovesical fold.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to activate the stimulation of tissue regeneration and the healing process of a postoperative wound on the uterus during cesarean section.
