FIELD: dressing facilities. SUBSTANCE: dressing designed for protecting wound and improving healing and prophylactic assistance exhibits selective sorption with respect to pathogenic microflora and has atraumatic properties assuring non-stickiness of dressing to wound and creating a vapor-permeation medium. Dressing is made from absorbing fibrous layer, atraumatic vapor-permeation layer disposed under absorbing layer on its side abutting on wound, and fixation element disposed such as to attach dressing to skin and protected with removable release layer. Absorbing sheet fibrous layer contains, wt %: cellulose, 14.4-19.2; viscose fiber, 46.0-56.0; CO-modified alumina with specific surface 80 to 300 sq.m/g, volume of pores with radius 100 to 1000 0.008 to 0.250 cu. cm/g and of those with radius 1000 to 10000
0.005 to 0.100 cu. cm/u, 11.5-23; cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol with water uptake 1500-2100%, 3.0-4.0; epichlorohydrin-modified fibrous sodium- carboxymethylcellulose with degree of water retention 350-700%, 8.8- 14.1. Atraumatic vapor-permeation layer is made either from knitted cloth based on polyester filament or from nonwoven material containing 70-90% of polypropylene fibers and 10-30% of viscose fibers. Dimensions of central part of fixation element are the same as those of absorbing layer to cover the latter, whereas peripheral parts of fixation element are covered with adhesive to attach these parts to skin. Above-mentioned central part can be covered with adhesive completely or partially. EFFECT: increased healing effect. 5 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl, 4 ex
