FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of dressing agents (medicinal napkins, bandages and so on) that are used for wound care and providing the improvement of curative-prophylactic help. Dressing agent is made of absorbing sheet fibrous layer containing the following components, wt.-%: cellulose, 14.4-19.2; viscous fiber, 46.0-56.0; aluminium oxide modified with carbon at specific surface, 80-300 m²/g; pore volume (pore radius is 100-1000 ), 0.008-0.250 cm³/g; pore volume (pore radius is 1000-10000 ), 0.005-0.100 cm³/g 11.5-23.0; cross-linked polyvinyl alcohol (water absorption is 1500-2100%), 3.0-4.0; and fibrous carboxymethylcellulose sodium modified with epichlorohydrin (water retention degree is 350-700%), 8.8-14.1; and atraumatic layer exposed to the wound. The latter is made of either polyester thread-base tricot cloth or nonwoven material containing, wt. -%: polypropylene fiber, 70-90; and viscous fiber, 10-30. Dressing agent can has additionally the steam-permeable layer placed with other site not exposed to wound of absorbing sheet fibrous layer. Indicated additional layer can be made of the same material as an atraumatic steam-permeable layer exposed to wound and can be made of other material taken from specificity of technological equipment and economical factors capabilities.
