FIELD: manufacture of molded products. SUBSTANCE: method involves laying composite fibrous material into mold having large flat surfaces and fixing composite fibrous material relative to mold; pouring lactam and providing full polymerization in mold till residual lactam content is below 2%; heating mold with inserted fibrous material to 145-180 C. Fibrous composite material is made from fiber glass or synthetic fiber. Stitched fibrous fabric or felt, roving, cloths or mats may be used as fibrous composite material. Lactams are melted together with additives prior to being poured into mold. Method further involves closing mold and creating pressure in it; rotating mold at rotational speed of 30-250 rev/min upon pouring of lactam. Molded product has lactam body with fibrous composite material embedded in predetermined sites. Improved strength of molded product allows it to overcome peak loads that might suddenly occur. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved strength and increased reproducibility of parameters of molded products. 26 cl, 3 dwg
