FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: one should introduce an aqueous solution 1 containing, at least, one readily water-soluble antibiotic component out of the group of aminoglycoside antibiotics, tetracycline antibiotics, lincosamide antibiotics, 4-quinolone-antibiotics into microcavities of nonmetallic materials, and an aqueous solution 2 containing, at least, one water-soluble amphiphilic component out of the group of alkylsulfates, alkylsulfonates, alkylarylsulfates, dialkylarylsulfates, alkylarylsulfonates, dialkylarylsulfonates, cycloalkylsulfates, cycloalkylsulfonates, alkylcycloalkylsulfates, moreover, between introducing solutions 1 and 2 water, mainly, is removed and poorly water-soluble residue is developed out of components of solutions 1 and 2 in microcavities. The method enables to create antibiotic coverings without applying toxic solvents and polymeric binders to provide, thus, antibiotic releasing during several days.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of application.
