To increase its performance and productivity and to rise its coefficient of efficiency to 96% and to assure highest possible environmental purity of the process itself and ambient medium when applying known method based on external energy- mediated cleavage of intercalated graphite crystalline lattice, the latter, according to invention, is affected by 260 V electric field energy in continuously mode using electrodes, one of them being placed on the base surface of Lavale nozzle, into which intercalated graphite is fed with rate 0.1-0.5 kg/s and wherein the other electrode is placed.
