FIELD: transmissions for transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: transmission has transmission device with differential gear train whose revolving members are thrown into relative engagement. One of above-mentioned members, planetary wheel in particular is linked with input shaft and other member - toothed rim is linked with output shaft. Carrier rotates in the same direction as input and output shafts by means of idle wheel. Toothed rim and carrier may be connected by means of clutch set in motion due to squeezing by means of centrifugal weights for realization of direct drive. Device functions in mode of reduction gear when clutch is released and carrier loses its motion due to action of idle wheel. Idle wheel is linked with rotor of brake and loses its motion relative to crankcase only when rotor is stopped by brake. To set car in motion, brake is gradually placed in operation. Above-mentioned rotor is used as inertial flywheel for stabilization of engine operation at idling. EFFECT: reduced overall dimensions and mass; reduced moment of inertia; improved dynamic characteristics of car in picking up speed or acceleration. 22 cl, 9 dwg
