FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed gear transmission contains planetary gear train with gear rim connected with input shaft and sun gear wheel. Carrier is connected with output shaft. Gear rim and carrier may be connected by means of clutch compressed by centrifugal weights during operation of transmission on direct gear. In this case when clutch is released under action of axial pushing force of skew gear joint which is opposite in direction to action of centrifugal inertia weights, planetary wheel becomes immovable and transmission functions as reducing gear. Planetary gear train is made in form of oil pump delivery oil through stack of disks of above-mentioned clutch. When clutch is compressed under action of centrifugal inertial weights, delivery line is shut off and motion between gear wheels forming the oil pump tends to disappear. Friction process of disks completes loss of motion of gear wheels, thus shifting to direct gear. EFFECT: considerable reduction of wear of transmission parts without considerable complication in construction. 14 cl, 10 dwg
