FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: given measurement circuit generates output signal that is function of input signal. Proposed circuit includes generator 18 of charges that generates packages of charges which are function of input signal of measurement element 34. Input measurement element 34 measures arriving signal and generates measurement signal which is function of accumulated charge. Measurement signal 28 is fed into feedback circuit 9 connected to switches of generator 18 of charges to control generation of packages of charges. Feedback circuit 9 generates at least one output signal describing quantity or number of packages of charges that have been received. EFFECT: accurate balance of electric charge that can be accumulated during several cycles. 8 cl, 11 dwg
