SUBSTANCE: this invention is related to measurement system and may be used to convert analog data of measurement by sensitive elements into digital outputs. Measurement system contains multiple sensitive elements, common element, multiple delta-sigma modulators, which work according to synchronised multiphase cycle, in process of which each modulator of sigma-delta modulator has its related measurement phase, at the same time each sigma-delta modulator issues digital output signal as function of charge packets, which are received at least from outlet of one of sensitive elements, and overall element during related phase measurement, and processor of digital signal for generation of multiple outlet signals as functions of outlet signals of multiple sigma-delta modulators.
