FIELD: measuring technique.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises digital circuit of synchronizer (22) that generates the exciting synchronizing signal (24) and control output signal (26). Inverter (30) comprises switch (32) controlled by control signal (26) and amplifier (34) and pressure-sensitive capacitor (36) and connected in the circuit of feedback of the amplifier. Switch (32) is connected parallel to the first pressure-sensitive capacitor (36). Reference capacitor (47) that is not sensitive to pressure is connected between the output of synchronous signal (24) and output of amplifier (34). The output signal of the amplifier indicates pressure.
EFFECT: enhanced precision .
