FIELD: cardiology. SUBSTANCE: device has successively connected electrodes, amplifier and separator of QRS complex. Input of separator of QRS complex is connected with the first input of sampling and storage unit. Output of separator of QRS complex is connected, respectively, via multivibrator with the second input of sampling and storage unit and via shaper of time mark of isoline with the third input of sampling and storage unit, and via the second multivibrator is connected with the fourth input of sampling and storage unit. Output of sampling and storage unit is connected to successively connected digitizer, memory unit and analysis unit connected to indication unit. The device increases accuracy of diagnosis of metabolism of myocardium due to analysis of dynamics of displacement of ST segment and characteristics of wave T.
