FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to quantify myocardial repolarization disorders in a new coronavirus infection. In patients with a new coronavirus infection, after taking a standard 12-channel electrocardiogram using an electrocardiograph at a speed of 25 mm/s and a voltage of 10 mm/Mv, digital post-processing is performed using a mathematical program, i.e. the method of correlating millimeter grids. After that, an isoline is constructed, points J, T-beginning and T-end are designated, and perpendiculars are drawn through them. Then, three representative complexes are sampled in each lead, followed by the construction of an irregular figure and automatic calculation of its area. Polarity is taken into account when measuring the area for the P and T waves, and the ST-T segment, but the polarity for the QRS complex is not taken into account. The average value of the three obtained values is calculated. To state the fact of a change in repolarization, the areas of teeth and segments are compared in the pericardial period and 6 months after recovery, and if they differ by more than 30% from the initial value, then a conclusion is made about the involvement of cardiomyocytes in the pathological process.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of determining changes in the electrical properties of the heart in patients with COVID-19 in a non-invasive way.
