SUBSTANCE: stimulator has body in the form of medicinal capsule accommodating power supply source and radiator connected with power supply source. Possible design versions of device provide for location of radiator, both, inside and outside of capsule. With radiators accommodated inside capsule, the latter is made transparent for radiation. Radiators may be made of one or several radiating elements with similar or different spectrum characteristics within the range of 400 to 1600 nm. Physically, device may be both autonomous or in the form of probe and acts producing photoeffect only in combination with electric stimulation by means of radiator and interrupter.
