SHAPING MACHINE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of profiles from sheet metal. SUBSTANCE: shaping machine has working mills positioned between two parallel cheeks fixed on base. Each working mill has upper and lower rolls. Machine drive has electric engine, reducer, drive sprockets and chains, one chain for rotating working rollers of upper rolls and other chain for rotating working rollers of lower rolls. Upper and lower roll shafts are made immovable. Shaping machine is further provided with device for adjusting chain tensile force and auxiliary sprockets which cooperate with drive chains to increase included angle of covering working roller sprockets with chain. EFFECT: reduced weight and dimensions, simplified manufacture and operation of shaping machine. 4 dwg
