FIELD: plastic metal working, particularly manufacture of shapes of sheet blanks by forming them in rolls.
SUBSTANCE: stand module includes housing in the form of two closed jaws; two horizontal shafts mounted in jaws one over another and carrying shape bending rollers. Horizontal shafts are joined with drive unit by means of hypoidal transmissions through intermediate vertical shafts. Drive unit includes electric motor and cone-cylinder reduction gear with two output shafts. In order to provide possibility for changing inter-axis spacing one vertical shaft is provided with telescopic spline joint. Upper horizontal shaft is mounted with possibility of motion in vertical direction and it is joined with intermediate vertical shaft having telescopic spline joint. Horizontal shafts extend outside stand housing at both sides; changeable shape bending rollers are mounted in end portions of said horizontal shafts extending outside stand housing. Horizontal shafts may be built-up ones with two telescopic spline joints.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, enlarged manufacturing possibilities due to regulating roller pairs along width of extending end portions of horizontal shafts.
