FIELD: plastic metal working; manufacture of shapes from sheet blanks; mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed stand has bed frame made in form of two closed jaws, two horizontal shafts mounted in jaws one above other provided with drives and profiled rollers connected with bushesslide blocks mounted in jaws. One horizontal shaft is movable which is necessary for change of center-to-center distance. Horizontal shafts are connected by means of hypoidal gear trains through intermediate vertical shafts provided with drive made in form of electric motor and right-angle parallel-shaft reduction gear with two output shafts connected with said intermediate vertical shafts. Movable upper horizontal shaft is connected with intermediate vertical shaft by means of telescopic joint for continuous kinematic link with shaping roller. Shaping rollers are mounted on cantilever parts of horizontal shafts. Stand is provided with setting electronic unit and is connected with drive through overrunning clutches. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities due to continuous control of shaping and change in center-to-center distance; enhanced precision of process. 3 cl, 3 dwg
