FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: according to proposed method carcass provided with limiting projections is made separately by winding reinforcement thread onto bead rings. Breaker is made by winding separate thread onto rigid mandrel or by placing layers on rigid mandrel to form band. Then mandrel with breaker blank is placed into mould and tread is moulded forming breaker-tread band. Then carcass is connected with breaker-tread band in mould by fitting carcass with coaxial clearance relative to breaker-tread band and filling composite into coaxial clearance to form connecting layer. Breaker-tread band is formed of rubber based on high molecular caoutchoucs with provision of non-rubberized zones of breaker separate thread in places of it subsequent connection with carcass. Limiting projections on carcass are designed to prevent getting of connecting layer material into zone of sides. Limiting projections are made in form of flexible members of polyurethane elastomers in zone of contact of thread and tyre side. Prior to connecting carcass with breaker-tread band, zone of carcass connection is treated with live steam at minimum temperature of 160o for 5-20 min. According to other design version, carcass is made by winding reinforcement thread onto rigid pole provided with polymeric or fabric-based backing, then threads are wound to form carcass-breaker band which is subsequently placed in mould with preliminarily fitted in tread. Connection of carcass-breaker band with tread is provided by filling-in oligomeric compound into mould to fill intercord spaces of carcass and breaker and form tyre sides. Limiting projections on carcass are made in zone of bead rings of partially structurized elastic material. Shore hardness 80-95. Two other versions are provided. Compound to form connecting layer is filled in by gravity or under vacuum with residual pressure of 130-14000 Pa. Method makes it possible to assemble tyre of preliminarily made components which can be manufactured by different method in different time and to combine different versions of manufacture of carcass, breaker and tread. EFFECT: increased capacity and enhanced maneuverability. 6 cl, 13 dwg
