FIELD: thermal processing of solid fuels. SUBSTANCE: steam and gas electric station has gas turbine with combustion chamber and plant for thermal processing of low-graded fuel to win high-calorie liquid and gaseous fuel that has device for compensation of steam and gas mixture. Outlet from device for high-calorie liquid fuel is connected to tanks for its storage and outlet for high-calorie gaseous fuel is linked to compressor that supplies it to combustion chamber of gas turbine. Plant also has air fountain fire-box and cyclones to clean streams from dust and solid particles which gas outlets are connected to device mixing these streams. The latter is connected to recovery boiler. Outlet of combustion products from gas turbine is joined by gas conduit to device mixing dust and gas streams. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reliability and ecological indices of electric stations consuming low-grade solid fuels, for instance, combustible shale. 1 dwg
