FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in power engineering or for recycling of solid organic wastes of other industries to produce liquid and gaseous fuel. Fuel is supplied to flash drier 1 by feeder 2. From drier 1 flow of gas suspension is supplied to separator of spent drying agent 3, from which dried raw materials are dropped into mixer 4. Spent drying agent from separator 3 is sent to heat exchanger of mixing type 12, where it is mixed with ash supplied from ash separator 11. As a result of mixing of spent drying agent with ash, temperature of ash reduces, and after extraction of cooled ash in additional ash separator 13 it is supplied to ash heat exchanger 16.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase reliability and efficiency of operation of plants for thermal processing of solid fuels with application of solid coolant.
