FIELD: pharmaceutical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: egg oil is prepared from dried and powdered yolk by extracting it with fat solvents followed by two-step ageing: first, at ambient temperature and then at lowered temperature. Emerging lower-viscosity phase is separated by centrifugation and lower-viscosity part of it is further reseparated. The latter, if necessary, is repeatedly mixed with demineralized water, heated, and cooled, after which new lower-viscosity part is separated by centrifugation, and process is repeated to achieve very high purity of egg oil. This oil can be used to treat face burns and also as skin regenerator. EFFECT: improved pharmaceutical efficiency. 13 cl, 2 ex
