SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method for producing an egg oil. Method of obtaining egg oil is that the egg is boiled for 5-10 minutes, cool, separate the protein from the yolk and conduct the extraction of the egg yolk, previously rubbed through a sieve, at a temperature of 18-24°C not less than 24 hours by non-polar solvent, for which hexane is used at a ratio of yolk and solvent of 1: 2-1: 5, followed by distilling off the solvent under vacuum at a boiling point of the extract no more than 55°C.
EFFECT: above described method makes it possible to obtain an egg oil with a high yield of a high-end product with a high iodine content.
