FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this material is intended for arrangement of upper layer and lower layer of roofing carpet and also for hydraulic-proofing of construction objects. Roll-type material is made up of glass-fibre base, bitumen-polymeric covering layer and protective polyethylene film. Also used in material is modified bitumen-polymeric compound consisting of oxidized raw component which actually represents residue of atmospheric-vacuum distillation of crude oil in amount of 62-73 mass % with addition of mineral filler in amount of 25-35 mass %, and also with addition of atactic polypropylene with viscosity of 500-10000 s in amount of 2-3 mass %. Application of aforesaid roll-type roofing material allows for increasing strength, durability, and thermal-resistance of roof covering. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 tbl
