FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: material is composed of glass-cloth backing, bituminous impregnation and covering polymer layers. Bituminous impregnation layer contains mixture of mineral filler with bitumen-rubber binder, in which rubber- containing component is solution of ethylene-propylene rubber with third diene ingredient in organic solvent. Mineral filler can be activated mineral powder and organic solvent mixture of mazut with kerosene or white spirit, or "nefras", at ratios (0,95-0.85): (0.05-0.15). Bitumen-rubber binder can be prepared by oxidizing bitumen with rubber-containing component.
