METHOD FOR COMPLETION OF WELL CONSTRUCTION Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for opening of productive beds and for providing oil strings with filters in their interval at completion of well construction. According to method, lowered into drilled bore-hole is oil strings with filter. Filter has its filter holes blocked with plugs made of material which is destructed under chemical treatment. Oil string is installed in bore-hole so that filter is located within interval of productive bed. Oil string together with filter is plugged and held plugged during period of time needed for hardening of plugging material. Lowered into bore-hole is string of pump-compressor pipes. Internal space of string of pump-compressor pipes is filled with gas at annular space being open. Bore-hole within filter interval is filled with chemical reagent. Gas is used to press off well liquid down to bottom of pump-compressor pipes. After closing of annular space, and holding bore-hole during period of time needed for destruction of plugs in filter holes, injected into bore-hole through string of pump-compressor pipes and filter is gas subjected to variable pressure until gas being injected is combined with bed fluid. By means of back washing, bore-hole is cleaned from reaction products. Added into plugging material within filter interval is material which is dissolved by chemical reagent which is delivered into bore-hole for destruction of plugs in filter holes. Application of aforesaid method enhances efficiency of opening productive bed. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
