FIELD: mechanical engineering; construction of supports. SUBSTANCE: proposed bearing unit consists of two radial-thrust single row taper roller bearings fitted on one shaft having nonrotating races. One race is rigidly secured in body. Race of other bearing is fitted at spaced relation to body for radial motion; axial motion of race is limited by stop.
