FIELD: plumbing fittings; control of hot and cold water flow. SUBSTANCE: mixer has body and ball valve. Ball valve has inlet holes and outlet hole. Control rod is connected with control handle and is located perpendicularly relative to maximum section of ball valve. Fixed member holding the ball valve has hole for passage of rod. Seal is made in form of circular gasket laid between ball valve and fixed member. gasket is provided with at least three projections. First projection is located over external diameter of gasket. Second projection is located in upper portion over internal diameter of gasket. First and second projections are pressed to fixed member. Third projection is located over internal diameter of gasket and is pressed to surface of ball valve. Surface of gasket between first and third projections is subjected to pressure of water. First and third projections of circular gasket are located over circumference of cross section, by about 90% of its second projection relative to central axis of section.
