SUBSTANCE: apparatus has luminescent screen, electron camera, optical system, computer, electrowriter, light shade, and X-ray transparent screen; method involves setting of X-ray source turn-on moment by means of computer program so that camera is switched on for exposure ahead of turning on X-ray exposure while limiting exposure time. Radiologist's workstation is equipped with no-film computer radiography facilities in addition to available film radiography ones.
