SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a new pharmaceutical composition designated for preparing powders or carbonated tablets containing ibuprofen or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts as an active component. Composition has: ibuprofen or one of its pharmaceutically acceptable salts taken at effective amount, pharmaceutically acceptable carbonating system containing at least a single alkaline carbonate and at least a single organic acid taken at amount that is sufficient to obtain pH below about 8, at least a single pharmaceutically acceptable antioxidant taken at amount that is sufficient for ibuprofen stabilization.
