FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises 3% alcoholic solution of natural L-α- lecithin, milk, saccharose, aromatic principle, saturated aqueous solution of sodium hydrocarbonate and water. Emulsion liqueur is prepared from said composition. Milk and sugar mixture is prepared, and saturated aqueous solution of sodium hydrocarbonate and water are added. After dissolution and mixing, 3% alcoholic solution of natural L-α lecithin and aromatic principle are added. After vigorous stirring, the resulting blend is maintained and filtered. Said composition and method make is possible to prepare liqueur having medical and prophylactic properties due t inclusion and suitable combination of vegetable lecithin as emulsifier and most important agent of cellular structure of organism.
