FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry, more particularly preparation of emulsion liqueurs. SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing milk substrate by mixing milk, sugar, thickener, salt and soda. The resulting milk substrate is homogenized and mixed with aqueous alcoholic liquid. Thickener is poly- N-vinyl pyrolidone when preparing milk substrate, and colorant is added.
