FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device is intended for control of rock mass from day surface. Source of light signal is located on day surface. From revolving unit, light signal goes to multiple-channel fibre-optical cable through which it reaches measuring section in underground workings. Optical divider through one of channels of double-channel fibre-optical cable of communication distributes light signal among sensors. Located at inlet of each sensor is one of light filters and polarizer. Reflected signal goes through second channel of fiber-optical cable of communication to second light signal divider and from its output it goes through multiple-channel fibre-optical cable to day surface. Light signal is converted by electric converter. Upon amplification it goes to comparison unit. Simultaneously it receives basic boundary signal from analogue memory unit. Indication unit is actuated according to results of comparison. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
