FIELD: geophysics; fundamentals of crustal architecture. SUBSTANCE: ratio of photon wavelengths to radiation radii of their components is found from recorded data obtained under field conditions using photon emission meters operating in comprehensive range of electromagnetic radiation including at least six orders of magnitude of wavelengths being recorded. This ratio and values of other wavelengths of recorded radiation are used to sequentially determine probable sizes of components which are compared to determine steps of crust components range. EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical methods for checking rock pressure and developing scientific concept of the Earth. 1 tbl
